Many New Zealanders don’t have the literacy or numeracy skills to fully engage in their jobs, at home, and in their communities. Some of these people may even be in your workplace.
Higher literacy and numeracy levels mean better communication with customers and colleagues, more efficient handling of tasks, and the confidence to contribute more to your business and New Zealand’s economy.
If you would like to strengthen the skills of your workforce in these areas, let us know. Email us at literacy@earnlearn-tepukenga.ac.nz to find out how we can help.
We also provide support to employers who have employees with dyslexia. Our brochure, Dyslexia in the Workplace, provides useful strategies to help you support your dyslexic employees to thrive and succeed. Click here to download our brochure.
EarnLearn has a dedicated team that provides support to both employers and trainees.
If you or one of your trainees needs support with literacy, numeracy, or other areas of learning, we’re here to help.
We provide:
Our online literacy and numeracy assessments help individuals identify any potential learning needs. We can then provide the right level of learning support.
The internet is a huge place, and we know exactly where to look for help. We provide links to free and useful online resources that can help build up your skills.
Do you have specialised learning needs? Not a problem. Whether it’s through one-on-one support or part of a wider programme, we make sure your voice is heard and help you with the tools you need to stay on top of your learning.
