The Certificate Only process is changing. You have until 31 August 2025 to apply to have your cranes units awarded to a New Zealand Certificate for the current programme.
To be awarded to a New Zealand Certificate, we expect that you completed at least 50% of the unit standards with EarnLearn (or The Skills Organisation prior 1 October 2022).
You will also need to provide confirmation from your employer that you have the competencies to gain the qualification.
Note: you can use the same forms to request multiple strands, but each will incur a separate fee. For example, New Zealand Certificate in Cranes (Level 3) with strands in Dogman and Truck Loader – you will receive two separate certificates and there are two fees payable.
Check you meet the entry requirements and that all unit standards are on your NZQA Record of Learning.
You must hold all the units required for the qualification you are applying for. These are listed under the entry requirements.
