We are committed to ensuring that all our learners receive high quality training and are assessed fairly and consistently against national standards.

Assessment involves the collection and recording of evidence that shows a learner’s competence against the unit standards they’re trying to achieve. This evidence can be gathered through normal day-to-day work, from the workplace/ organisations’ records, from photos, getting confirmation from a supervisor or manager who is acting as a verifier, checking questions answered by the learner and could include verbal discussions.

EarnLearn works with industries to develop learning and assessment material based on a collection of evidence model.
