Important holiday and payment information

We know you will be making plans for the summer holiday period. To help you with this, please note the following key dates for learner fee payments:

  • Weekly and fortnightly direct debits will be processed as normal over the holiday period and will occur on 26 December 2024 and 2 January 2025.
  • Monthly direct debits will be processed on 26 December 2024.
  • Direct Debit changes, including any change of bank account, must be submitted no later than 17 December 2023.
  • Learner invoices generated between 26 December and 2 January will be sent on 6 January 2025.
  • Refunds will be processed on 19 December 2024. The first refunds in 2025 will be processed on 9 January 2025.
  • Queries received after 20 December will be responded to from 6 January 2025.

 

EarnLearn close down period
We will be closed for the summer holiday period from 4pm, Friday 20 December 2024 until Monday, 6 January 2025.
